We are entitled to refuse to register any information supplied by you including any amendment made by you to previously registered information. |
| 2. |
Your registration and/or amendment will only be deemed accepted if you receive a confirmatory e-mail, letter or telephone call from us. |
| 3. |
The registration of your information and requests with us does not confer or provide any legal enforceability of such wishes. The information which you supply simply represents your express wishes. In the United Kingdom, you need to incorporate such wishes in your Last Will and Testament together with a reference that they are registered with Burymeright. All non-UK residents are advised to seek advice from a locally qualified legal adviser to ensure legal enforceability of any of your wishes. You are responsible for ensuring that the wishes which you register with us are legally enforceable. No liability attaches to us to ensure that your wishes are legally enforceable. |
| 4. |
We are not responsible for the carrying out of your wishes. In the United Kingdom the onus to carry out your instructions would fall upon the executor(s) of your Will. It is therefore essential that you have a Will. Once we receive notification of your death, and provided that you have advised us of the executor(s) of your Will, we will inform them of your wishes which will be held on our confidential database, in order that they may carry out your instructions. |

Where you provide us with your consent to contact third parties on your behalf either before or after your death, you hereby undertake that such third party has provided their consent to be contacted by us and no liability shall attach to us as a result of us following your instructions. You undertake to indemnify us against any and all loss suffered by us as a result of the following of your instructions as notified to us by you from time to time via our web-site or through any other means of communication. You agree that it is expressly intended that such indemnity shall bind your successors in title and/or personal representatives. |

| 7. |
You undertake that all information provided by you is correct and does not infringe the rights of third parties and furthermore that any communications made by you on our web-site or on your behalf in accordance with your instructions after your death shall not infringe the rights of third parties, shall not be illegal, unlawful and shall not give rise to any criminal or civil proceedings being issued against us. |
